Do you have any New Year's resolutions? It's a common misconception that setting massive or life-changing goals for the year is the way to go (although you can if you want!). Let's be honest, it takes time to make significant changes in your life and it can be overwhelming when you think about trying to achieve huge goals in short periods of time. Setting small goals and reaching them by yourself or with a partner can be more rewarding.
